It is possible to improve athletic performance and facilitate deeper regeneration by supporting the world of plants and nutrients. The use of essential oils and nutrient products helps to keep our postural and musculoskeletal system limber and supple, is helpful before training for more energy, for example, and can provide relaxed, healthy muscles and joints after training. These applications are pleasantly effective and easy to implement. Tips:
  • Before exercise: dissolve one drop of Peppermint Plus in a litre of water and drink some before exercise; allows the breath to flow freely and has been shown to promote lung function during athletic performance.
  • After sport: If required, apply 2 drops of PanAway and 1 drop of Copaiba to e.g.: the stressed knee joints; promotes faster regeneration.
  • Faster regeneration after sporting performance: Apply 4-5 drops of Stress Away to the adrenal glands or the inside of the forearms after exertion. The Stress Away oil blend balances stress levels. Any exercise activates the release of adrenaline and from this comes the increase in cortisol. Too much cortisol can lead to exhaustion.
